Suction Shell

WE USE IN HOUSE CENTRIFUGALLY CASTED STAINLES SSTEEL PIPE FOR OUR SUCTION SHELL.The Shell is drilled on high speed european fully CNC machine by the gun-drilling process, which results in significant improvement in the surface finish of the holes and accurate patterns.

Vaccum Internals

We manufacture vaccum internals of upto 3 zones. It is completely fabricated with SS 304 plates and castings, gunmetal sealing strip holders.

Zerk Press Rubber Covering

Maintenance and Reconditioning of Suction Rolls Besides the operations of regrinding and covering of any suction roll - couch rolls, wet presses we are also able to provide the overall maintenance and reconditoning of all its components like the suction box, the bearing housings etc
